Does the Lark M2 support recording in Stereo Mode?
The Lark M2 supports to record in Stereo Mode while using with a camera. However, the mobile phone does not support stereo mode (which is determined by the mobile phone system)
There should be four magnets included, why there are only two magnets (or zero) in my package?
Please note that the four magnets were pre-set on the two microphones and necklaces. If you didn’t find them, please feel free to contact with us for faster assistance.
Is the Lark M2 compatible with the iPhone 15 (Pro Max)?
Yes, the Lark M2 Type-C version is compatible with the iPhone 15 (Pro Max). If you are not sure if the Lark M2 can work with your device, please directly send us the model of your device and we will check it for you.
What’s the difference between the camera version and combo version?
Please note that there’s only the combo version will contain both the 3 (Camera/USB-C/Lightning) receivers. If you purchase the camera version, there will not include the USB-C&Lightning receivers
Doesn’t cut down on background noise/ Noise Cancellation Function is not working
